The Bill Passed the House

Big News: President Joe Biden got us the best deal possible and brought us back from the brink of default. I’m relieved the bill passed the House and that we prevented the GOP’s extreme demands from taking effect. I urge the Senate to quickly pass this legislation and send it to the President’s desk.

National Women’s Health Week

This week is National Women’s Health Week. As we’re fighting to keep abortion legal in our state and across the country, this week couldn’t come at a better time. For far too long women have suffered because health care wasn’t made for us in mind, and we’re often forced to advocate for ourselves to our doctors. For as long as it takes to secure abortion access and care in our state and country, I will continue advocating and fighting for our rights. This fight won’t be over until abortion care is safe and legal.
