End Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Harassment Claims
Yesterday, the House passed legislation to end forced arbitration of sexual assault and harassment claims. For too long, many women have suffered the dual injustices of sexual abuse and forced silence through arbitration. This legislation will end that.
