Last night I joined the local Asian-American and Pacific Islander community in Cary to honor the lives and dignity of the individuals murdered by a gunman in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
We must all stand up and condemn hatred and work to prevent further violence. It’s on all of us to combat racism and bigotry by calling it out whenever we see it, and standing in solidarity with the AAPI community.
