Democratic Women of Wake County

It is always a pleasure to join the Democratic Women of Wake County. I applaud their work engaging and supporting women who are in the fight for equality for all.

Shaw University

Thank you to Shaw University for hosting an inspiring “I Am Black History” panel last night. Wake County is home to so many trailblazers and visionaries, and I was grateful to hear some of their stories. Let’s continue to pay tribute and celebrate the extraordinary contributions of Black Americans not only this month, but always.

Student Debt Crisis

Our nation is facing an unprecedented student debt crisis that undermines people’s basic economic security and prevents them from buying homes and starting new businesses. I am grateful that Joe Biden is taking action.

News & Observer Endorsement

I’ve fought for Wake County and North Carolina my entire career, and I will continue to work with anyone and everyone to get things done. I am proud to have the endorsement of the News & Observer in my reelection.

Wake County Democrats

Thank you to all the Wake County Democrats organizing their precincts today. I attended my precinct meeting, too, and I’m ready to get out the vote and win big with you in 2024.

NC State AFL-CIO Endorsement

I have always been a champion for working people, and I will continue to fight every day in Congress for an economy that works for everyone. I am proud to have the support of the NC State AFL-CIO in my reelection.
