Reproductive Freedom

More than 20 years ago, I worked with legislators on both sides of the aisle to expand access to contraception in North Carolina. It’s extremely disappointing to see where we are today. Reproductive freedom is on the ballot this November.

CHIPS and Science Act

Today, President Biden signed into law the CHIPS and Science Act, which included several of my bills and amendments. Voting Rights Act

Today we mark 57 years of the Voting Rights Act. We must continue defending the right to vote for every single American, no matter their race, gender, or zip code.

Women’s Reproductive Freedom

Kansas voters overwhelmingly voted to protect women’s reproductive freedom this week.
