I sent a letter urging leadership to include a pathway to citizenship for Documented Dreamers in the reconciliation bill. There are over 200,000 children & young adults living in the United States as dependents of long-term nonimmigrant visa holders. I have heard firsthand from Documented Dreamers in my district who fear they will be forced to return to a country they no longer call home when they turn 21. We must find a permanent path to residency for these young adults and children.
