I’m proud to be endorsed for reelection by the National Organization for Women (NOW)—the largest grassroots feminist organization in the country. I will always stand shoulder to shoulder with you in the fight to defend our rights to abortion, contraception, and healthcare access.
Representing the people of Wake County in Congress is the greatest honor of my life. I was proud to cast my vote today and pledge to continue delivering real results for the people of the Second District. Steve joined me too! What’s your plan to vote?

I so appreciate the rich history of Southeast Raleigh. It was great to be at the Tarboro Road Community Center on Saturday for the North Central CAC’s 35th Annual Black History Month Program. https://www.wral.com/story/inside-the-tarboro-road-community-center-saturday/21299481/
It is always a pleasure to join the Democratic Women of Wake County. I applaud their work engaging and supporting women who are in the fight for equality for all.
Thank you to Shaw University for hosting an inspiring “I Am Black History” panel last night. Wake County is home to so many trailblazers and visionaries, and I was grateful to hear some of their stories. Let’s continue to pay tribute and celebrate the extraordinary contributions of Black Americans not only this month, but always.

I’ve fought for Wake County and North Carolina my entire career, and I will continue to work with anyone and everyone to get things done. I am proud to have the endorsement of the News & Observer in my reelection.
