Grateful to Dr. Mandy Cohen for her leadership as North Carolina’s Secretary of Health and Human Services for the last five years. Dr. Cohen became the public face of North Carolina’s response to COVID-19 pandemic, educating us to practice social distancing, wear a mask, and get vaccinated.
