I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my friend Rep. Joe John. I am wishing peace and comfort to his family during this difficult time.
Rep. Joe John has served our state for over 50 years as a talented and dedicated public servant. I am grateful for his commitment to the people of Wake County and also the personal friendship we have built over the years. Joe and his family are in my thoughts and prayers as they enter this next chapter.
