So great to see so many people across Raleigh come out to support women’s reproductive freedom. Although I could not be there due to late votes in DC, I stand with women across North Carolina and the U.S. in demanding equal access to abortion care and voted last month to make it equally accessible in every state. Equal access to care—everywhere—is essential to social and economic participation, reproductive freedom, and the right to determine our own lives. In Congress, I will keep fighting for women and will continue to push back against egregious abortion bans.
