The fringe theory put forward in Moore v. Harper is a threat to the fundamental promise of our democracy—that every voter is entitled to justice under the law. I listened to oral arguments yesterday at the Supreme Court and know that our democracy is worth fighting for.
Today, we worked across party lines to uphold marriage equality under federal law and finally repeal the unconstitutional Defense of Marriage Act.
